Captain: Drivas Isidoros/Akis

CAPTAIN
Drivas Isidoros/Akis - Greek
Languages: Greek, English
Captain Isidoros was born and raised in Salamina, Greece and his friends and family call him “Akis” . He has diploma as a Captain B’ and he started his career as an Apprentice Officer in 2015 and since then he realized his unconditional love for the sea and developed his skills as a 2nd officer in Sea Jet and Anek lines. In 2021, he started his career as Captain navigating the Callisto & Gallileo. During those months, he deepened his knowledge of the industry as well as strengthening his managerial skills allowing him to better look after his crew. Akis speaks fluent English, and he has a great knowledge and experience as a Navigation-Safety Officer. Captain Akis owns Lifesaving Certificate with fast rescue boat add-on, and he is very sociable, he enjoys looking after his guests and sharing his knowledge with them.


CHIEF ENGINEER
Kamperidis Giorgos - Greek
Languages: Greek, English
Giorgos was born in Nicosia Cyprus in 1988. He has graduated from the Marine Academy and holds an engineer diploma. He has worked in the engineering on various tanker, cargo and F/B before joining yachting and is very competent in his job. He holds the basic safety training and survival certificate, and he has also attended a lot of courses such as Maintenance and Service of NK-03 Blue Ballast System course. Giorgos is a very kind and enthusiastic person with passion for the sea and with focus in the safety of the yacht and the clients.

CHEF
Kaliakatsos Georgios –Greek
Languages: Greek, English
Chef Georgios comes originally from Peiraeus, Greece. His passion for food came around 8 years ago, when he attended a Masterclass of the Greek Mediterranean Cuisine. Quickly inspired by the quality and taste of fresh produce he continued his trainings by doing Masteclass Thermomix, Roner and Siphon in 2015 and in early 2020 he attended Masterclass Sous Vide. He started his career to the Grand Resort Lagonissi, to develop his skills. From there George left Athens and moved to a resort in Samos. In 2017, he continued his career for 1 year in Germany in Meze Academie as a Chef de Partier. Soon, he returned to Greece to work as a Chef in a Resort in Mykonos. The yachting industry came to his life in 2020, when he took over as Chef for M / Y Alexander and the following year for M / Y Tourama. George always aims to please his customers. He goes above and beyond expectations, in order to the Estia Poseidon’s guests have the most enjoyable culinary experience whilst onboard. Chef George is determined that he wants to continue his career in the yachting industry and his objective is to satisfy culinary desires, embrace local produce, and provide guests with the highest level of cuisine. When he is not cooking, he loves playing football and tennis and he enjoys a lot travelling and discovering new destinations.


STEWARDESS
Puriene Alexandra – Belarusian, Romanian
Languages: English, Russian, Polish, French, Greek, Romanian, Italian.
Alexandra hales from Both Belarus and Romania. She has attended the Law school in Grodno State University in Belarus. She holds 1st Aid and STCW95 certificates and she is a certified massage professional. Before entering the yachting industry, Alexandra worked in Hospitality as a Hostess and Bar Manager in Cocktail bar and restaurant in UK and as a Waitress in a catering group. During the years, she has also worked as a Nanny and is a qualified massage practitioner. Since 2017, Alexandra has enjoyed putting that knowledge to great use in the yachting industry with experience on prestigious sail yachts such as MY Ocean Dream and MY Eden, as well as MY Grande Amore. Alexandra has traveled extensively during her time onboard yachts and takes every opportunity to explore new places and cultures. She has a love for the ocean and keeps active with water sports, massage, reading books and travelling

DECKHAND
Grammatopoulos Matthaios - Greek

Matthaios has enjoyed a close affinity with the sea from an early age & having graduated from High School he pursued his hobbies of sailing & marine sports. An experienced Deckhand, having worked on many of yachts, Matthaios works closely with the other members of the 7Seas-Maritime crew in preparing the Yacht to look & perform at its best at all times. A qualified Boat Rescuer, Matthaios is a experienced deckhand while embraces helping others.
