Description: Theodosis is the Chief Engineer of GRANDE AMORE since April 2021 and is a key asset to her success. In her country Ukraine she is often called a "legend" of the Ukrainian yachting industry and she is the head and developer of specialized training courses for Yacht Stewardesses offered by a well-known Hospitality Academy.

She entered the international Mega Yacht industry in 2013 and since then she has been working as a Chief Stewardess and Crew Manager of charter and private Mega Yachts.

Before joining the luxury yachting industry, she was working since 1999 on various cruise and passenger ships, on different posts up to the rank of the Hotel Manager.

During the winters Victoria works as a manager in her family business Hotel Spa.

She has excellent organizational and managerial skills, passion for her job, motivates teamwork, and works perfectly with everyone on board.

She has great experience in silver service, genuine talent in table decoration, a great eye for detail and is always there to ensure that the everything on board is immaculate and all Guest needs are met.
